Bella Terra Dog Policy
Customers may bring their leashed, well-behaved dogs to the common areas of Bella Terra. Rules for owners and dogs are as follows:
1. All dogs must be leashed OR contained inside carriers at all times. Leashes must be no longer than 6' and retractable leashes are not permitted.
2. Dogs must be under their owner's control at all times. Owners, by law, are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and for cleaning up after their dogs.
3. At no time is an owner permitted to leave his or her dog unattended.
4. If at any time the Management, Security, or Janitorial of Bella Terra determines that the behavior of a dog is causing a disturbance to others, or is off his leash for any length of time; the owner will be asked to remove his or her dog from the premises.
5. All dogs must be in compliance with all applicable laws, including laws pertaining to dog licensing and vaccinations.

Popular grocer will create state-of-the-art store in former Circuit City space
HUNTINGTON BEACH – Bella Terra, the popular open air retail destination in Huntington Beach, is bringing Whole Foods Market, the natural and organic foods supermarket and the nation’s first certified organic grocer, to the center in the 32,000-square-foot former Circuit City space. The first Whole Foods Market in Huntington Beach brings a new dimension to Bella Terra, and will offer the widest variety and selection of natural and organic produce, meats, seafood and specialty items the store is proud of while also supporting the community by selling locally grown and produced items from Orange County.

Whole Foods Market is working on a new plan for the building exterior that complements the overall architecture of Bella Terra. They are also redesigning the interior space. In addition to providing easy one stop grocery shopping, the store will have indoor and outdoor seating where customers can relax and enjoy salads, sandwiches, hot prepared foods, cold drinks and coffee.
Scheduled for completion in fall 2010, the 32,000-square foot store is sure to become a popular shopping destination not only for local residents, but also for surrounding communities. It has ample parking as well as great visibility and easy access to I-405 and Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach.

Bella Terra’s dynamic mix of shopping, dining and entertainment is about to get even better! DJM Capital Partners, Inc. is currently in predevelopment and planning phases for a 16-acre mixed-use expansion to be called The Village at Bella Terra.
